Abstract
Did you ever want to develop cross-platform application from one single code base? Are you afraid to get worse performance than with native code? Flutter may help you!

Flutter is an open-source cross platform framework which allows you to create native applications. As is does not use JavaScript it won't require a hole WebView in background.
