Fabian Ising is an IT Security PhD student at Muenster University of Applied Sciences. His main area of research is in breaking applied cryptography in document formats, as shown during the EFAIL and PDFex research. When not spending his time on research, he likes to participate in CTFs with the Muenster IT Security Team.
