Abstract
Transposition of the Wassenaar Arrangement, which now also covers export controls on exploits and surveillance technology, into European law is upon us. This panel discusses this, both on process and substance.

The big issue is that this may stifle security research while at the same time we want to stop the Hacking Teams of this world.

This is a panel discussing the various good or least bad ways to deal with this. Participants come from civil society and security research.
